On March 7, the Hood Blazers, with former Walter Johnson High School player Jordan Silverstein on the roster, defeated the Redlands Bulldogs 114-104 in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The first-round faceoff against Redlands began at 2:35 p.m. at Woodsboro Bank Arena.
The Blazers will play again on March 14 at 4 p.m., when they face their next tournament opponent at Ray Oosting Gymnasium.
