Former Thomas S. Wootton High School standout Karen Potts played on Thursday, May 15 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division III Softball Championship

On Thursday, May 15, former Thomas S. Wootton High School standout Karen Potts’ current collegiate team the Case Western Reserve Spartans lost 10-2 against the Lebanon Valley Flying Dutchmen in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Mather Park at 3:30 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Lebanon Valley Flying Dutchmen in the tournament.

The Case Western Reserve Spartans’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 11 a.m. at Mather Park.
