The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) assessed Boeing Commercial Airplane Company in Renton on May 13 to offer technical guidance related to food and cosmetics, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.
The final findings showed that Boeing Commercial Airplane Company did not need to alter any of the organization’s operational management practices.
The FDA conducts inspections at facilities throughout the country to ensure both workplaces and products are in line with FDA regulations intended to enhance overall public health. After inspections, results are made public.
The FDA states on its website that it serves as a government agency primarily overseeing the safety and quality of human and animal drugs, biological products, medical devices, and tobacco items during production and distribution.
