Reynolds Industries, Inc. in West Valley City received a citation from the Food and Drug Administration for one violation related to Foodborne Biological Hazards during an inspection conducted Feb. 25, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.

The FDA report indicates the company was cited for this issue: ‘Your written sampling plan did not ensure that the collected samples are representative of the production batch.’
