During a March 17 visit, Masterpiece JP, Inc. in Torrance was cited for five violations related to Foodborne Biological Hazards, according to information released on the FDA’s website.
The cited violations, as listed on the FDA website, were:
- ‘You did not develop an FSVP.’
- ‘Your hazard analysis did not identify a hazard that requires a control.’
- ‘You did not document.’
- ‘Your foreign supplier verification activities did not provide assurance that the hazards requiring a control in the food you import have been significantly minimized or prevented.’
- ‘Your verification activity did not address the entity that is significantly minimizing or preventing the hazards or verifying that the hazards have been significantly minimized or prevented.’
