During an April 1 inspection for foodborne biological hazards, Osi Group, LLC in Aurora was issued one citation by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), data from the FDA’s website shows.

According to the FDA website, the company was cited for the following issue: ‘You did not ensure that the unique facility identifier recognized as acceptable by FDA was/were provided electronically when filing entry with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.’
