The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), during a May 6 inspection, issued three citations to National Railroad Passenger Corporation in Los Angeles for issues related to food and cosmetics technical assistance, FDA data show.
Citations recorded on the FDA website are as follows:
- ‘Plumbing is not maintained so as to prevent contamination of the water supply.’
- ‘Not all conveyances were kept clean while in transit.’
- ‘Lack of design of toilet and lavatory facilities so as to permit ready cleaning.’
