The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued one violation to L. A. Link, Corp. in Cerritos during a May 7 inspection assessing foodborne biological risks, according to FDA data.
FDA data show the company was cited for this issue: ‘You do not have or have not implemented written verification procedures, product specifications and an affirmative step for ensuring that fishery products you import are processed in compliance with the Seafood HACCP regulation.’
