Marcel Gardner, a former St. Andrew’s Episcopal School standout and current junior forward at Fairmont State, will compete in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
Fairmont State enters as the number 3 seed and will face the 6th-seeded IUP Crimson Hawks in the tournament opener.
Tipoff for the first-round matchup is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, at 12 p.m. at Highmark Events Center.
