- ‘Your equipment and utensils were not designed and constructed to be adequately cleaned or maintained to protect against contamination.’
- ‘You did not wash or clean raw materials and other ingredients to remove soil and other contaminants.’
- ‘You did not conduct operations under conditions and controls necessary to minimize the potential for contamination of food.’
- ‘You did not take immediate corrective action to ensure that the cause of the deviation was corrected when your verification procedure revealed the need to take a corrective action.’
