The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) evaluated Bybee Produce, LLC in Prosser on May 5 for foodborne biological hazards, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.
The FDA’s final report recommended that Bybee Produce, LLC take voluntary steps to address management practices within its operations.
The FDA conducts regular inspections of facilities nationwide to ensure that workplaces and their products comply with FDA-regulated laws and guidelines aimed at improving public health. Results of these inspections are released to the public.
