During an April 22 inspection for the Monitoring of Marketed Animal Drugs, Feed, and Devices, Big Gain in Plato received one citation from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), according to data posted on the FDA’s website.
The FDA website indicates the citation was issued due to the following issue: ‘Your equipment and utensils are not designed to be adequately cleaned and maintained.’
The FDA conducts regular inspections of facilities nationwide to assess compliance with FDA-regulated laws and regulations aimed at protecting public health. Results from these inspections are made publicly available.
