On Saturday, March 14, Bentley Falcons, featuring former Thomas S. Wootton High School standout Taj Smith, were defeated 87-80 by the Saint Michael’s Purple Knights in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The contest, held at Charles L. & Gloria B. Lumsden Gymnasium at 7:30 p.m., marked Bentley’s first tournament meeting with the Saint Michael’s Purple Knights.
