Baltimore City Health Department issued the following announcement on Sept. 7.
Nominate a deserving primary care provider (physician or mid-level practitioner) for the Dr. Russo Award. Dr. Russo was a beloved family physician who demonstrated compassion, integrity, and dedication to serving the Baltimore community. Please nominate a primary care provider who practices in Baltimore City by completing the nomination form.
